Zlammi kiryi are two short straight strokes under the letter which add the sound of short "I" as in Fit, sit, hit to it.

The two strokes are on a straight line on top and bottom

Zlammi Kiryie means they are pronounced briefly and the letter they belong to attaches itself to the one after it to form a sylable. The letter following the Zlami Kiryei is briefly pronounced twice.
