Ptakha
Or short A
Ptakha adds a short sound of "A" to the
letter it belongs to and forms a sylable with the consonant.

Ptakha consists of two dots one on top, the other
below the letter to add the sound of short
'A' after it. as in English letters 'can--dy' or 'ban-ker'.

Ptakha can be easily recognized
by the fact that the letter after it does not have a Zowei or
accent therefore it needs to be pronounced together after the
short A
