The total value of the aid program provided by CAPNI sofar and will continue will add up to more than half a million dollars.
Note that this does not include the previousl phase of assistance in 2007 which was periodic and sporadic included Appliances, fuel, clothing and foodstuffs.
It also does not include the distribution of gifts to 21 thousand children (about 14500 in the first phase, and 6500 in the current phase presently under implementation) which would have a guestimated cost about $300 thousand at a rate of $15 per gift.
It also does not include the aid programs of health (therapeutic and pharmaceutical) which CAPNI continue to provide free of cost periodicly to the people of the villages that lack of health services, where (CAPNI) as in years ago operates mobile clinics (medical and dental clinics), consisting of specialist medical team to provide pharmacy services free treatment and medicine to villages during periodic field visits.
Note that the program of the next phase of CAPNI include additional areas in the forefront of agricultural support and development, for example, CAPNI will start in conjunction with the Organization of American partner to distribue over a thousand head of sheep in a program which exceeds $150 thousand for families returning to reside in the northern Iraq villages.
We thank primarily our people who insist on clinging to life and the homeland despite the difficult circumstances.
We thank the sponsors of the special programmes and that all non-Assyrian church and even friendly foreign committed to the work and partnership with CAPNI to help our people.
We thank cadre CAPNI and Mokhtari and the bodies of their villages to the implementation of these programmes despite various administrative and organizational difficulties.
Here we also want to emphasize that while we are happy to help our people, the happiness would have been greater if our people were not so desperately in need such assistance.
We also affirm our commitment to the principle of non-publication of pictures of humanitarian assistance programmes for displaced families and solve our respect for the human dignity of the human person and the family.
If terrorism and violence forced them to flee and in need and if the values of loving humanity prompted us to extend a helping hand, it may not be possible under any circumstances employment information to this need and assistance.
Respect for human dignity is the highest value.
While we respect and thank some of the news sites have published pictures of CAPNI efforts for humanitarian assistance, and we understand the good intentions we hope they do not publish pictures of distribution and sustainment and pictures of loading and unloading of materials.
Note that what CAPNI camera captured images of the distribution is only for documenting the distribution of hand-funded and not to disseminate information.
God bless everyone.
